A: Yes! We have an Instagram and a few other social media accounts on which we post information such as upcoming events, drops, and other special news.
We do not offer returns. However, we’re happy to exchange products that are expired, defective, or faulty (such as leaking or not working).
For other issues, please contact the product’s manufacturer directly to obtain an exchange authorization. Once approved, bring the faulty product along with proof of authorization, and our team will be happy to assist.
Please note that we are unable to exchange open flower products.
